How AutoDM works within Meta's rules
- One private reply per comment
- Meta lets a business send one private reply to each comment, within 7 days. Creaono sends exactly that, then waits for the person to reply.
- The 24-hour window
- After someone messages you, you can message them for 24 hours. Follow-ups are only sent inside that window — never outside it.
- Hourly limits
- Creaono paces replies to stay inside Meta's rate limits, and retries later instead of dropping a message.
- Official API only
- No passwords, no scraping, no browser bots. Instagram is connected through Meta's login, and you can disconnect any time.
