Delete your Instagram data

What Creaono keeps when you connect Instagram

Your account's ID and handle, the access token Instagram gives us (encrypted), the permissions you granted, follower and engagement snapshots, and the automations, scheduled posts and conversation records you create in Creaono.

Option 1 — inside Creaono

Open AutoDM → Instagram accounts and choose Disconnect. The access token is erased immediately and every automation on that account stops.

Option 2 — from Instagram

1. In the Instagram app, open Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Creaono and choose Remove.
3. To also have your data deleted, choose the deletion option there. Instagram tells us, we erase the token, your handle, granted permissions and metrics snapshots, stop every automation, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Deleting your whole Creaono account

Signed-in customers can download their data from their account. To close a creator account and delete its data, contact us from the email address on the account.
